Kindred Cleaners is committed to providing efficient and reliable high-standard cleaning services to Surrey and its surrounding communities.
Currently, we have a vacancy for the position of Office Administrator we are seeking to fill. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Oversee and organize office operations, and examine, assess, and implement new procedures into practice.
2. Set work priorities, distribute tasks, and ensure deadlines are fulfilled and processes followed.
3. Plan and organize office services such as supplies, equipment, forms, and maintenance.
4. Conduct budgeting, contracts, and project planning and management analyses and monitor administrative operations.
Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: High School
Experience: A year of experience in a clerical position related to Office Administration.
Worksite environment: Office
Personal suitability: Efficient Interpersonal Skills and Oral Communication, Organized
