Baron Manufacturing is currently seeking a Office Asst/Receptionist to join our team.

We started Baron Manufacturing in 1992 and within a few years we grew into an in-house fabrication millwork and casework 100,000 sq. ft. facility. Our work earned us a loyal rapidly expanding customer base; which includes many prestigious properties and five-star establishments such as the Ritz-Carlton, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and Nassau International Airport.

Office Assistant

• Greets visitors and staff by in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries which includes opening and closing the door and escorting and directing individuals.


• Updates timesheet log, time-off forms and labor reports.


• Answers non-routine correspondence and assembles sensitive information.


• Performs general office duties such as ordering, organizing supplies and maintaining records management database systems


• Sorts and distributes mail and phone messages in a timely manner.


• Supports company finances. Activities include: copying check requests, documenting and forwarding corporate credit card expenses to accounting and mailing payment.  


• Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for members of the executive team which includes setting up the room.

Schedule

Full-time hourly position.

Must be flexible(link removed) Evening and weekend work may be required based on management schedule and business need.

Experience

3 years of Office experience preferred.
