Back Office Executive
Candidate should have good communication skills, computer proficiency and internet searching skills with knowledge of social marketing. Should be able to handle Enquiries & Orders from Clients and engage in telephonic follow-ups. Good letter writing skills desirable.
Candidate should have Experience in Officework and Customer Handling Etc.
Responsibilities
Call Attending, Letter Drafting & Mail Drafting.
Take dictation, draft letters, memos and general correspondence.
Organize, operate and maintain documents.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Receiveletters, packages etc.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Keep updated records and files.
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages/inventory.
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with associates, customers and colleagues
Perform other official duties when needed
Requirements
Proven experience as Office Executive or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic books & files keeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
Minimum Graduate: additional qualifications will be a plus point
Residents from local area would be preferred.
