The company offers private offices, day offices and conference room rentals to efficiently manage office needs and help businesses grow. Job Description: 71Xsuites is seeking a creative and motivated Office & Leasing Manager for our premium executive suites business in Southwest Austin, TX. This position will play a key role in developing, executing marketing strategies including outreach initiatives, building brand awareness, and driving business growth in a real estate setting. You will also play an important role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing the building & tenant duties, and helping with social media content to attract and retain tenants. Our position at 71XSuites offers the opportunity for independence & autonomy in your role while checking in & communicating with ownership somewhat frequently. Responsibilities: Office Management - 40% - Front desk duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Inventory management, restocking, and purchasing of office supplies.
- Mail handling, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail.
- Property management, including communication with vendors, and contractors to ensure the functioning of the building.
- Manage business applications, including conference room scheduling software and monitoring surveillance & security systems.
Leasing / Tenant Handling 50% - Outreach to potential tenants through email campaigns, phone calls, and follow-up communications.
- Setting up tours and walkthroughs of the property to potential tenants, and familiarizing yourself with the grounds.
- Understanding the executive office marketplace & how our product compares to others
- Creating lists with potential prospects to review with ownership once a month.
- Updating and maintaining rent roll for tenants with accuracy.
Content Creation & Social Media Manager 10% - Managing social media accounts, including posts, analytics, and writing copy for brochures, newsletters, and more.
- Identify new ways to gain traction on social media and develop creative strategies to reach our target audience.
- Ensuring our website is up-to-date with marketing material
Schedule & Time Requirements This is a full-time position (30-40 hrs/week). After 90 days, you are eligible for benefits, including PTO and health insurance. Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years work experience in office management
- Experience in real estate, marketing, and/or office management
- Experience with Adobe and Canva is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
