OrLANtech, a leading technology solutions provider based in Orlando, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager/Receptionist. If you enjoy taking on diverse responsibilities and working in a fun and collaborative environment, this position is perfect for you! Requirements - Serve as the receptionist, providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and guests.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route accordingly.
- Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Perform light accounting duties such as sorting mail, receiving and recording payments, reconciling credit card transactions and entering invoices into QuickBooks.
- Assist with onboarding new members.
- Organize and maintain filing system.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up as needed.
- Making sure we are stocked up on office supplies (and snacks).
- Setting up appointments for building/office maintenance.
- Assist with various office-related tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment and managing office facilities.
- Experience in an office or admin role would be awesome, but if youre keen and a quick learner, that works for us too!
- We are not looking for a superhero, but if youre good at keeping things organized, have a sharp eye for details, and can be proactive, youll fit right in.

- Disability & Life Insurance
- Company provides Group Long Term Disability for all full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hrs. per week. (Employer Funded)
- Company provides Life and Accidental Death Dismemberment Insurance for all full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hrs. per week in the amount of $20,000. (Employer Funded) Available after 60 days of employment.
- Life Insurance - All full-time employees are eligible to enroll into voluntary life insurance through Principal, this is a voluntary benefit and 100% employee paid.
- Accident, Critical Illness, Medical Bridge and Term Life Insurance - All full-time employees are eligible to enroll through Colonial Life, this is a voluntary benefit and 100% employee paid.
OrLANtech, Inc. participates in a 401K retirement program compliant with all Federal laws. The policies for this plan are outlined below: - Each full-time employee has a choice whether or not they want to participate in the company sponsored 401(k) plan.
- A full-time employee becomes eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan after one year of employment. Enrollment Period is January 1st or July 1st.
- You can make "before tax" 401(k) contributions up to 100% of your compensation, subject to the annual maximum amount allowed by law ($22,500 in 2023). If you are 50 years of age or older, you can make an additional catch-up contribution (up to $7,500 in 2023). Changes to your contribution amount can be made as of each payroll period.
- You can also make "after tax" Roth 401(k) contributions. The combined total of your "before tax" and "after tax" contributions cannot exceed the maximum above.
- Rollovers from other eligible plans are allowed at any time.
- OrLANtech, Inc. will match the employees contribution dollar for dollar up to 3% of the employees annual salary. (Employer may modify matching % at any time)
- Company-wide bonus based on company performance.
- Mileage Reimbursement for job related work.
- We are not allowed to reimburse to and from your place of residence.
- Paid Personal Days. (Includes Vacation, Bereavement and Sick Days)
- Paid day off for birthdays.
- After 90 days of service, you will be eligible for ten days of paid personal time, accrued monthly at the rate of (link removed) days.

- After four years of service, you will be eligible for fifteen days of paid personal time.
- After eight years of service, you will be eligible for twenty days of paid personal time.
