Initiate and oversee training for all new and existing drivers as needed.

Knowledge of all Company Rules, Regulations, Policies, and Handbooks.

Ensure Policies & Procedures, Rules & Regulations are followed by all drivers. Informs Drivers of Rules, Regulations, Policies and safety procedures.

Assist and monitor drivers’ training requirements and necessary certifications. Reports all compliance issues to the Owners.

Involved in daily operation to ensure a high level of safety and customer service is met by drivers.

Oversees all paperwork and office processes including pre and post trip forms, vehicle related inspection forms, and manages distribution of vehicle fuel cards and keys.

Report any performance issues to Owners.

Respond to incidents that occur in the field, such as accidents, work harassment, complaints from customers. Use Tablet to take pictures for accidents or injuries. Document using incident report. Follow proper policy and procedures as outlined in the Company Accident Investigation Policy.

Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with drivers and Owners.

Knowledge of computers, software, and basic programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Maps. Must be able to use all office equipment including copier, scanner, fax, tablets, and phones.
