In this vital role, you will be responsible for processing incoming mail and managing documents for our firm while providing exceptional front desk support. Responsibilities:
Process incoming mail daily, following the firm's specific mail processing procedure
Scan mail contents and upload them to the appropriate digital folders
Communicate with relevant teams regarding incoming mail
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the front desk area is presentable and welcoming
Greet visitors, clients, and team members professionally, providing excellent client service
Ensure all mail is processed by the end of each workday
Assist in maintaining the firm's file room
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in a mailroom, administrative, or front desk role (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in scanning and uploading documents
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional client service
