S.T ALI INVESTMENTS LTD is a unified delivery and logistics company specializing in long haul freight across BC and Alberta. We are currently hiring 1 Office Manager to join our team as soon as possible. This role requires an individual who is a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. Our office is in Delta, British Columbia
You will be responsible for:
Supervise and plan the activities of clerical and administrative staff.
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Management of office equipment.
Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
Organizing, arranging, and coordinating meetings.
Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing posts.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
Completion of secondary school.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in the position or related administrative job required.
Degree/diploma in business or public administration is an asset but not compulsory.
Knowledge for Computers:
MS Excel
MS Office
MS PowerPoint
MS Word
Work conditions
Fast-paced environment
Work under pressure
Attention to details.
Job Terms:
Wage: $29.50 per hour
Overtime will be paid after 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.
Job Schedule:
8 hours shift.
Monday to Friday
Work Location: #102, 7073 Venture Street, Delta, V4G 1H8.
