Office Services Clerk Location: US-NY-New York Email this job to a friend

Responsibilities: - Provides all aspects of office services to the firm including general copy, print, mail, fax, and facility services, as managed and supervised by the Office Services Manager and/or Office Services Supervisor
- Receives, sorts, and delivers mail and packages to USPS or FedEx at the end business day
- Receives and delivers overnight packages, envelopes, and parcels to recipients, capturing a signature upon delivery
- Processes outbound USPS mail on mail meters
- Processes and creates air bills for pouch items to other offices
- Provides key operator support for convenience copy and print machines
- Provides facility support to the firm upon request
- Contacts third party messenger service
- Records outgoing and incoming hand deliveries on logs
- Ensures office numbers are included on all outgoing hand deliveries
- Notifies Office Services Supervisor of any delays or issues which may arise
- Scans LegalKey files from attorney cabinets and offices
- Receives E-fax via E-fax Administrator email then forwards to recipient
- Creates physical files sent by Legal Assistant via Attorney Desktop in Legal Key
- Deletes files from LegalKey upon request
- Go on daily bank runs for Finance Department
- Cleans all copier machines and copy area counters when morning staff is not available
- Advise the Supervisor when Office Services supplies are low
Requirements Prior experience working in a similar capacity 2+ years of office services work, preferably within a law firm Experience working with LegalKey
