Job Description
The company is located in Auburn, CA (link removed) The job requires someone with the intelligence, ability and willingness to work to meet goals. This is not an hourly or part time job but a position where you will be accountable to yourself and others for helping to make our company grow. The basic skills for this position include administrative office skills, computer competence, physical ability to lift 40 lbs, good appearance, customer skills. Foreign language, software, accounting, contracts, sales, and other skills and experience including college studies will be considered a plus. Do not reply if you are not ambitious and willing to work and learn.
Responsibilities
Provide HR Support to LDG team as needed
Track LDG employee vacation and sick leave and update spreadsheet
Maintain LDG handbook and update policies and procedures as needed
Partner with Benefits Broker in the administration of LDG benefits
Stay updated with latest HR trends and changes that may affect LDG
Liaison between Optimal Networks (IT vendor) and staff on projects and daily issues Provide support to Leasing and Property Managers as needed
Participate in the preparation of board, annual, and strategic meetings
Work with President of the company and CFO to prepare agendas and to collect & prepare materials for all meetings
Qualifications
Experience as an Office staff
Strong attention to detail along with communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer and internet skills including all MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
