We have members who pay us monthly to be a part of our restaurant club, and these members get exclusive invites to events that we put on each month. The mission? To get people out in their community spending their dollars with local restaurants that theyve never been to before. In a generation with endless inspiration, Offline provides the motivation to actually get offline and try something new.ROLEAs an Offline Event Manager, you will be representing our brand at events and building relationships with members, community influencers, and business owners. Your attention to detail and communication skills are critically important, as is your hospitality and problem-solving skills.On-Site Event Execution: Greeting guests as they come and leave in a friendly and professional manner Handing out event materials and providing information about the event to our members as they enter the event Addressing guest concerns, when necessary Jumping into action when problems arise AKA putting out any potential fires Partner Communication:Checking in with the event partner we're working with at the beginning and end of each eventEvent Recap Reports:Creating a post-event report with in-depth feedback on the event, detailing highlights and constructive feedbackRequirementsAvailable most weeknight evenings and some weekendsOffline has about 23 events per week, and they typically last around 5 hours. Most are from 5:00pm10:00pm on weeknights, with occasional daytime weekend events. Our events are primarily hosted at local restaurants and bars in and around Charlotte. You will be expected to be at all events.Outgoing and enjoys talking to strangers Dependable, organized, observant, and extremely personable Loves being around people and is comfortable commanding a room. You will be an integral part of the member experience, so we are looking for an extroverted individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solver mindset You'll need to be light on your feet and able to calmly manage chaotic situations You will be the face of Offline during an event and will be checking in with our partner and members from beginning to end. We're looking for someone who is able to answer any questions that our partner/members have and someone who can communicate clearly and confidently. Hospitality and event management experience12 years of experience running events (bonus if you have experience with events in the food and beverage industry)BenefitsCOMPENSATIONEvent Managers will be paid $150/event. You will also receive a free Offline membership for as long as you're an active Offline Event Manager.
