The Surg Tech will work three 12-hour shifts (7a - 7:30p) with a weekend, call & holiday rotation. This rotation is fluid and always changing based on census and staffing levels. Surg Tech will take A MINIMUM of 1 day of call per week, but other than this minimum expectation we cannot guarantee any "set" rotation for weekends, etc. Shifts may run over if all cases are not completed. Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited surgical technology program. BLS required. CST preferred but not required. Candidate must possess a minimum of current or very recent 2 years of General Surg Tech experience. Excellent critical thinking and knowledge of central processing and instrumentation required.
