Job Title: Okta Product Analyst
Job Location: Raritan, NJ(Located in central NJ and able to come to Raritan office 1-2 days per week)
Job Duration: Long-Term

• Must be good with OKTA
• We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in requirements gathering, agile processes, and JIRA management.
• The product analyst will be responsible for developing, refining, and prioritizing product requirements in collaboration with our Product Owner and driving consistencies across our product groups.

• Create themes, epics, features and stories in JIRA
• Refine and size stories in Agile refinement and planning ceremonies
• Prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner
• Learn the Okta toolset to improve your ability to create strong user stories
• Build a relationship with the development squad and engineers to improve ways of working
• Establish ways of working for Definition and Definition of Done for all stories
  

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business or Product Analyst
• Strong understanding of SCRUM principles and ceremonies
• Strong hands on experience building stories and backlogs in JIRA
• Experience running refinement and planning session with a scrum team
• Extensive use of Behavioral Driven Design to develop acceptance criteria in a Given, When, Then format
• Experience delivering and writing user stories in an agile format (As a..., I want to..., So that...)
• Knowledge of software development best practices, such as version control, testing, and code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

• Experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience with JIRA X-Ray or similar testing tool
• Experience implementing automated testing capabilities
• Experience with OKTA IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and API Access Management (AAM)
• Experience with serverless architecture, such as AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
