Sr Google Workspace Administrator will partner with business users and other IT teams to support, grow, and mature the use of Google Workspace Suite capabilities within the enterprise. You will collaborate with a team of Google Workspace Tier 1 and Tier 2 system administrators for the operational effectiveness of Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, and connecting technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Administer, manage, and maintain the Google Workspace ecosystem following the established change management process.
Perform Tier 3 Google Workspace support, provide administration oversight for day-to-day activities in Google Workspace admin console, third party tools, add ons, and some home-grown utilities.
Partner with other IT functions to evaluate, prioritize and resolve new issues & problem scenarios.
Manage and administer Google Cloud Platform projects related to Google Workspace integration.
Develop new system processes and improve existing ones for efficient Google Workspace account lifecycle management
Develop Google Workspace knowledge base for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
Escalate support issues to Google Support, follow up and resolve them in a timely manner.
Periodically analyze trouble tickets from lower tier teams, identify gaps, create and carry out new solutions, document and train technical support staff globally.
Responsibilities
Architect Okta solution for protecting Enterprise Applications.
Develop functional and technical solution specifications.
Integrating /onboarding applications. Create policy and install configure OAG (Okta Access Gateway)
Implement SSO & federation solutions.
Desired Skills :
Good Knowledge of Okta Workforce Identity.
Onboard Applications like G-Suite, and O365 on Okta.
Good experience in the implementation of SAML 2.0, & OAuth protocols.
