Job Overview:


Oliver Wyman is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our North American Experienced Hire Recruiting team based in our Mexico City office. This team recruits consultants and partners in the United States, Mexico, Canada and Brazil. In this role you will support overall recruiting efforts, including resume collection, interview scheduling and logistics, room booking, candidate travel (as needed), candidate expenses, and offer preparation.

This role is an integral member of the team, serving as a primary point of contact for candidates and helping us deliver an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers alike. You will liaise with recruiters, applicants, and business leaders in different cities, countries and time zones, making sure everyone is informed and on the same page.

This position requires an individual who has superior organizational and prioritization skills; understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times; has experience working in fast- paced environments and is able to consistently deliver in a high-volume environment while remaining organized and calm under pressure.


This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the office. There is no option to work fully remote.



Key Responsibilities:


Assist the teams recruiting efforts in the U.S, Canada, Brazil and Mexico City.

Coordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including office visits, zoom calls, and internal meetings.

Post and maintain job openings in our applicant tracking system and internal and external career sites.

Update and maintain trackers reflecting interview schedules and status.

Provide timely and professional communication to candidates.

Collect and track interviewer feedback.

Generate offer letters and collect new hire paperwork.

Develop strong relationships with all participants - candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.


Experience Required:


Bachelors degree and minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus (Workday)

Experience in a global corporate organization is a plus.

Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner.

Superior customer service skills.

Fluency in English REQUIRED (spoken and written)
