Our in-house award-winning creative agency is looking for an organized and passionate
Senior Digital Designer
to join our growing global team. We are a truly global team of more than 200 design experts within Oliver Wyman.

As a
Senior Digital Designer
specializing in web design, based in Warsaw your role will be integral in creating compelling and functional digital interfaces. Working closely with art directors, developers, and international stakeholders, you'll focus on crafting user-friendly designs while adhering to strong corporate brand guidelines. Your creativity will flourish within the framework of our brand, ensuring consistency across various platforms. Your responsibilities include designing intuitive dashboards, sophisticated web layouts, and collaborating across teams to merge artistic vision with technical feasibility. This position is ideal for a designer who excels in a collaborative environment, values attention to detail, and is adept at balancing innovation with brand consistency.



Responsibilities:


Collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Art Director to conceptualize web design ideas.

Able to take charge of the entire process of creating products and valuable experiences; from supporting pitch work, to understanding a creative brief, to delivering a design system and responsive design solutions.

Craft exceptional web interfaces tailored to provide seamless user experiences across various devices and platforms.

Uphold our brand's digital identity by meticulously adhering to our web design guidelines, ensuring uniformity and coherence.

Expertly employ tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite for web design creation and refinements.

Monitor, assess, and report on web performance metrics, leveraging analytical tools.

Embrace an ethos of perpetual learning, interpreting web analytics, pinpointing trends, and making informed design adjustments.

Regularly update and refine web design templates, promoting efficient content production and deployment.

Engage with various teams to ensure design consistency with the overarching digital strategy.



Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or relevant experience.

Comprehensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web design projects.

Mastery in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other leading web design tools.

Keen understanding of design principles, with a focus on layout, typography, and color harmony.

In-depth knowledge of modern web design practices and trends.

Robust analytical skills, with an emphasis on utilizing web data for informed design decisions.

Exceptional communication in English, both oral and written.

Presentation skills, verbal, written and visual. Being able to explain designs and decisions behind concepts.

Experience in leading well-structured and functional digital products (small to medium sized projects) from a template and from scratch.
