We are currently seeking a talented and creative Senior Designer with deep expertise in
Motion Design
to join our growing team in New York. We are looking for a passionate and skilled designer with a strong foundation in design principles and a deep understanding of motion graphics. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging motion graphics for a variety of purposes, including explainer videos, product demos, social media content, and more.


Job Overview:

The Senior Designer will work closely with the Creative Director and Digital Marketing Leads to develop, execute, and evaluate social media campaigns. You will be responsible for both creating static and dynamic visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines, and continuously improving our visual content strategy based on data-driven results.


***This a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in the NYC office. There is no option to be fully remote.***



Responsibilities


Collaborate with the Art Directors and other designers globally to develop concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects.

Create high-quality motion graphics using industry-standard software such as After Effects, Lottie, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Ensure that all motion graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the specific needs of each project.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics.

Work effectively with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and animators, to ensure a smooth workflow.

Contribute to the overall creative vision of the team.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer.

Strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics work.

Expertise in After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $115,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
