Job Description:

In this integral role, you will be responsible for developing/defining business solutions for Administrative Operations with FIS OMNI, and designing business process and workflow integrations with SalesForce, Ft. Williams, Relius Compliance Testing, vWise and various payroll vendors. This role would also liaise internally with Office of Technology & Digital Services, Corporate Finance, Marketing and Communications in a business product architect role for OMNI and associated services. Overall responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with various administrative operations areas to ensure that business solutions are discovered, designed, and implemented including ROI analysis.
  • Manage and design solutions leveraging FIS OMNI solutions and cross platforms and as well as internal departments. Coordination with OMNI Technical Developer on business requirements, functional design and budget.
  • Assist other operating areas (Conversion, Payroll Integration, Regulatory Services, Remittance Processing) with projects and at times of peak operational volume.
  • Special Projects upon request.

  • College Degree
  • Three to five years in the financial services industry with preferred experience with OMNI
  • Ability to participate in strategic planning, problem solving and must have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong background in excel to assist with daily operational work as needed.

  • What You Will Be Doing

    Youll work directly with customers to understand their needs.

    Youll document their requirements and work with your teammates to develop a solution.

    Youll assist with the configuration of the solution. Youll then assist with the testing and correction of any issues.

    Youll support the customer as the solution is rolled out to live customers.
