• Manage, hire, train and ramp a team of sales development representatives.
• Develop Sales Development Representatives into sales-ready candidates for further development within the organization.
• Motivate team members through creative incentives.
• Monitor SDR dashboards to make sure data is accurate, team is on pace to achieve goals and take action when and where needed.
• Develop team processes and best practices.
• Motivate, incentivize, and recognize team members to encourage top performance.
• Hire, coach and manage a team of sales development reps.
• Define performance driven metrics, and expectations for pipeline creation.
• Identify opportunities to level up; implement solutions thoughtfully.
• Regularly report on team/individual results.

  Qualification: Graduate
  Age: 21 to 38 years
  Experience: Min.2 Years of experience as Filed Sales / Marketing (BFSI)
  Salary: - 2.50 L/A - 3.50 L/A + incentives
