Onboarding Success @ OMG

As an Onboarding Success Manager, you will train all new and existing users of our online solution and will be among the first experiences clients have with our company. As an Onboarding Success Manager, you will develop a strong understanding of our solution and industry to guide our clients' early success using our platform.

Day in the Life

• Deliver value to OMG clients by creating tailored, helpful, and relevant online training
• Lead strategic client meetings to discuss growth with OMG while working toward monthly KPIs
• Listen to client needs and pain points to help guide them through using our software solution to best fit those needs
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, and members of our Service and Support Teams
• Host training Webinars available to all clients
• Continually build strong internal and external relationships

Requirements

Must Haves

• Bachelor's Degree. If no degree, 3+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ year of account management or implementation experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt and learn in an ever-changing environment
• Knowledge of the team sporting goods or promotional products industries a plus

This role will require regular in-office presence.
