Job Description

We are in search of dynamic individuals to join our team of online English tutors. You will focus on enhancing our students' pronunciation and fluency skills through personalized, one-on-one online classes. Our platform is available 24/7, allowing you to set your own teaching schedule. The peak demand for classes aligns with US daytime hours (8am-9pm EST).

Requirements

Teaching Experience: At least two years of ESL or Pronunciation teaching experience.

Technical Requirements: Proficiency in utilizing Skype Video Calls and a stable internet connection with a minimum uploading speed of 5MB/s.

Education: One of the following qualifications is required:

Bachelors degree in Linguistics/English

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate

Vocal-related degree/certification

Hourly Pay Rate

Your initial hourly rate is $15 per hour (non-negotiable).

Your rate increases by $1 after every 500 teaching hours until it reaches $25/h.
