Job Opening for Creative Director in Thane location- Media

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team. TheCreative Director will be responsible for the overall creative direction and ensuring the delivery ofhigh-quality and innovative content across various media platforms. This role requires a deepunderstanding of storytelling, brand research, visual aesthetics, and the ability to translate conceptsinto compelling visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the creative team of designers.
2. Research, develop, and execute creative concepts, ensuring they align with the brand andclient objectives.
3. Provide creative direction and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptdevelopment to final execution.
4. Collaborate closely with clients, account managers, and other stakeholders to understandproject requirements and develop creative strategies.
5. Create presentation decks/proposals in collaboration with the Business development team.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices toensure the company remains innovative and competitive.
7. Review and approve all creative materials, including storyboards, design layouts, and finaldeliverables.
8. Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback to foster a collaborativeand creative work environment.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, withinbudget, and at the highest quality standards.
10. Nurture and mentor creative team members, encouraging their professional growth and development.
11. Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, clients, and externalvendors to facilitate smooth project execution.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within a productionstudio or creative agency.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects across various mediaplatforms.
3. In-depth knowledge of creative processes, design principles, and storytelling techniques.
4. Proficiency in industry-standard creative software and tools like Adobe Illustrator,Photoshop, and Premier Pro / After Effects.
5. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate acreative team.
6. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends.

Qualification:
A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., design, fine arts, communications) is preferred.
