Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to gather and analyze software requirements.
• Design and develop software applications, including user interfaces, backend systems, and database structures.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure their quality and reliability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to enhance software development processes.
• Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.
• Document software specifications, processes, and procedures to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
• Continuously improve software development practices and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bachelor's degree in Computer Application, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Developer, preferably working on software development projects.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (such as Java, C++, JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#, VB.NET (Desktop Application), SQL Server, Crystal Report, HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills-Written and Verbal.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git, SVN).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net frameworks).
• Experience in creating database schemas that represent and support business processes (SQL)
• Understanding of software security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
