Position: Supervisor

Role Overview: The Supervisor role at Dabur India Limited involves overseeing and managing various aspects of production and distribution operations. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining product quality, ensuring efficient processes, and leading a team to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production and distribution processes for a range of products offered by Dabur India Limited, including health and beauty products, Ayurvedic and natural remedies, and food items.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with established production standards and guidelines.
• Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflow, allocate resources effectively, and meet production targets.
• Oversee the scheduling and daily activities of workers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Enforce and promote workplace safety protocols and standards to create a secure working environment.
• Identify and address any operational issues that may arise during the production process.
• Prepare regular reports on production activities, quality control, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to streamline processes and resolve challenges.
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members, fostering a positive work culture.
• Monitor production costs and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Monitor product distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Prior experience in a relevant field, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and process improvement.
• Physical fitness and the ability to manage the physical demands of the role, as needed.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges promptly.
• Familiarity with production safety standards and practices.

Location: ALL INDIA

Working Days: Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off)

Working Time: 10 AM- 7 PM
