The job holder is reporting to Plant Engineer or Production Lead

The job holder is required to perform the tasks as per the (Basic Safety Process) BSP definition and ensure the H2 plant and N2 Gen Gas plant operating and maintain in a safely manner.

The job holder is in charge on day to day operation, which includes startup, shutdown, plant capacity adjustment and optimize the plant operation. He/she requires to assist plant engineer on the plant troubleshooting.

The person is also required to fill the H2 tube trailer on day to day basis. The person requires to perform documentation work and necessary transaction on the tube trailer filling.

The job holder is requiring to be qualified as safe work permit issuer. He/she require to issue permit when there is a requirement.

The job holder is required to perform water analysis and chemical test on boiler water daily. If any deviation is detected, the job holder is required to report to plant engineer in timely basis.

The job holder is responsible of overall housekeeping in the plant. He/She need to work with internal staff or contractors to ensure plant housekeeping is always maintained at satisfactory condition.

The job holder is required to liaise with customers control room for day-to-day routine plant operation. The job holder is responsible for day to day operation of N2 Gen gas plant which include routine inspection, start-up and shutdown.

He/she is required to carry out other duties/assignments under instruction of he/her superior.
