About the Role
The company is looking for an Operations Administrator to own the administrative tasks of the day to day operation which will consist of a wide variety of tasks that require a high level of accuracy, speed and will help scale, organize and grow our Operation.
Within the role, you will:
- Manage all Domestic Inbound and Outbound Freight
- Be cross trained in all areas of the operation
- Manage distribution of all operational reporting
- Manage all Inbound Shipment Receipts and builds
- Manage Inventory and Inventory Accuracy
- Develop Skills required to manage System integrations
- Become an expert in a variety of operations systems used for B2B and DTC Order fulfillment.
- Manage Warehouse Raw Materials procurement and invoicing
- Maintain all legal documentation such as OTC, USMCA and product MSDS.
- Be responsible for State Sales Tax filings

This is a full-time role that will require the candidate to work out of our Warehouse in Carrollton, Texas.
