Youll Do:


Follow up orders with suppliers in the APAC region.

Coordinate with the suppliers to protect the inventory level by reviewing inventory plans, weekly PO tracking and shipment scheduling, material planning, tooling and production capacity reviews, lead time improvement, etc.

Monitor suppliers capacity and send updates to the US planning team.

Verify documents and update records, such as Material Authorization documents, debit notes, progress report, etc.

Prepare and update reports/analysis weekly.

Work on plans to reduce material liability for product transition.

Review and confirm ship mark with suppliers.

Handling orders of replacement parts.

Co-work and assist other functional departments with operational information required and resolve supply chain issues.

Other duties as assigned by the manager.




Bring it!


Bachelors degree, or the equivalent of 2 to 3 years of related experience and/ or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least 2 years experience of managing manufacturers and supply chain management experience with US market.

Good knowledge in order fulfillment processes, inventory management principle and international logistics.

Possess strong reasoning and numerical ability, detail oriented.

Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (e.g. Excel).

Prior experience with Oracle system for Order Management; Purchasing and Inventory Management modules is a plus.

Responsible, well-organized, and self-motivated

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with US teams, local teams, and suppliers.

Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
