A day in the life.
As our Operations Assistant , youll:
Support Operation & Services Managers with recurring meetings including invites, agenda, content collection, slide deck/meeting material creation. In addition, manage notes/action plan and action items. Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of data related to operations. This includes data entry, data verification, and generating reports on a monthly basis. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing. information as needed. Assist in drafting and distributing internal communications related to operations. Lead and execute on any assigned operational projects and technology initiatives including tasks such as data clean up. Assist with creation and maintenance of project plans for initiatives as needed. Manage carrier-specific website passwords, encompassing user ID set up, maintenance and termination. Assist with scheduling employee licensing classes. Assist with event coordinating. Assist other departments as time and resources allow. Share information and communicate process related suggestions to the appropriate team member. Plan ahead and problem solve - anticipate, report, and help resolve problems that may occur. Ongoing internal process improvement including facilitation and execution of change. Back up the office coordinator as needed including phone and mail support. Additional duties as required to the team successfully.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred, as is experience working in a professional office environment. Strong communication skills both verbal and written, including telephone Establishes priorities and organizes time efficiently by ensuring tasks are completed to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Must be detail-oriented with a can-do attitude Willingness to jump in and complete projects as needed Strong typing skills and ability to navigate various websites and applications
