Provide daily support to check and review the rental document sent from employee
Evaluate and review transactions based on a specific process criteria/checklist
Check and send out weekly reports and prepare summaries information for client HR use
Clarification with relevant parties via email if necessary
Monitoring project time to ensure the rental process can be completed within schedule
Handle any follow up action assigned by line manager
