MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Responsible for recruitment and personnel management of Operations non-exempt and temporary workforce including but not limited to auditing timecards, posting job requisitions, and providing metrics to assess overall workforce performance.



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Key Outputs

Measurements / Performance Indicators

? Handle full cycle of staffing and recruitment requests for manufacturing and operations

? Assist in orientation and/or set up on HRIS system

? Provide updates to supervisors/managers on new temp and/or direct-hire recruitment efforts and any personnel related issues

? Manage timecard review with manufacturing personnel and supervisors; correspond with temp agencies and supervisors for clarification

? Handle weekly invoice reconciliations and payroll with temp agencies & internal Accounting Department

? Prepare and maintain temp employment files and records.

? Work with HR team for compliance related matters.

? Work on ad hoc reports or tasks as assigned by Plant Manager and HR

? Other duties or projects as assigned

? Must be able to keep all records and matters completely confidential

? Must be a collaborative, responsive and proactive team player

? Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks while multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment

? Possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)



EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

? Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related field

? 1-2 years of experience in HR preferred but not required

? Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
