We have an urgent need for Supply chain Coordinator/Logistic Coordinator with one of direct client based out of Canonsburg, PA.

Job Title : Operations Coordinator / Supplier Chain Coordinator
Duration : 5+ months (Possible extension)

Location : 1001 Corporate Dr Canonsburg PA USA 15317 (Hybrid - 3 days in the office M/W/Th and 2 remote days T/F)

Hours per week : 40 hours

Job Details:

  • Supports the Supplier Management team with assigned tasks and projects and is primarily responsible for the creation and maintenance of supplier records in Client's systems.
  • Works closely with Supply Chain teammates and internal business customers to ensure timely processing of Supplier Management tickets/requests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that supplier records are created and maintained in Crown's ERP's and other related systems for approved suppliers so that they are available for use by the business as needed as well as entering/confirming necessary updates to supplier records as requested by suppliers and/or by business stakeholders. Also makes the necessary entries to record supplier status changes in the systems as needed
  • Follows all existing procedures to ensure that required documentation is collected and properly stored for each supplier record created.
  • Communicates issues to management prior to reaching critical status.
  • Provides additional administrative support as needed.

Education/Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • Zero (0) to Two (2) years of experience in supply chain management, business operations and/or related field

Other Skills/Abilities

  • Computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn a variety of new tracking and software programs
  • Excellent organizational/administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic problem-solving environment
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic telecommunications experience/knowledge preferred
