We are growing! USA Vein Clinics, Vascular Centers, and Fibroid Centers are looking to add a Operations Coordinator to our team! As a Operations Coordinator, you will support our Development Team to ensure that all 80+ clinics nationally run smoothly day to day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports the Development Team in the Operations Department
Maintains excel sheets and folders for different Market Research
Helps source new sites with specific criteria
Diligent follow ups on every site the team is pursuing
Sourcing General Contractors and Handymen for renovations
Following renovations closely to completion
Coordinating with several departments to assure a successful Grand Opening
Obtaining bids for several different tasks associated with Grand Openings and following approved contract to completion
Perform general clerical duties in to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
Complete special projects as directed in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Deadline oriented

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

High attention to detail

Ability to make quick decisions

Organizational skills

Written and verbal communication skills

Customer service skills

Ability to work independently

Able to travel to out of state one or two times monthly
