Serve as a liaison between HotelPro, Team Members and our clients. Responsible for client service, team members care, recruiting, hiring, and operations excellence. Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with clients through open and proactive communication. Meet with each client weekly to understand their needs and provide tailored staffing support. Support client communications, hotel initiatives, and activities. Support last minute staffing requests when needed. Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities. Proactively identify and resolve client related issues in a timely manner. Conduct implementation meeting and lead new client launch. Engage with Team Members during property visits to show care, build trust, and create strong connections. Resolve Team Member questions/issue/requests within 24 hours. Accompany new team members on their first day at the hotel. Engage with Team Members during first week of assignment. Recognize and celebrate outstanding performance, goal achievements, hotel successes, holidays, and special events. Provide English to Spanish and vice-versa translation for Team Members and hotel guests as needed. Identify and discuss growth opportunities with Team Members. Provide coaching and counseling as needed. Conduct exits interviews with departing Team Members. Report Employee Relations matters to HotelPro leadership immediately. Execute recruiting strategy. Build a recruiting network. Utilize approved social media platforms to recruit future Team Members. Maintain and update recruiting tools. Print and order recruiting materials as needed. Submit new hire packets. Ensure accuracy of Avionte statuses and Team Member information. Complete and submit payroll accurately. Meet or exceed safety goals. Immediately respond to workplace injuries and follow HotelPro workers’ compensation procedures. Record accurate numbers of open orders within current clients. Identify growth opportunities. Manage inventories (HR Supplies, office suppliers, uniforms). Follow reporting requirements and deadlines. Participate in HotelPro initiatives, projects, and pilots.
Position requires minimum of a high school or foreign equivalency diploma and one year of experience in job offered or in a leadership position, preferability in hospitality. Fluency in Spanish required because majority of recruiting and screening is conducted in Spanish. Job located in Jacksonville, Florida, and any unanticipated locations throughout the United States. 40 hours per week; $41,413 to $53,851 per year.
