We are looking for an Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organizations operations. Your role will be to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the company operations and flag any major issues.

The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating and implementing the right processes and practices across the organization with regard to strategy, performance, procurement, resources allocation and compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Support purchasing and inventory management and ensure operational standards
  • Track deadlines and keep an overview of company-wide dependencies
  • Ensure legal compliance by setting and enforcing operational processes across multiple entities and geographies
  • Track progress in all areas of the organization via KPIs
  • Take care of employee benefits workflows (e.g. benefits election, extraordinary life events, )
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Help with the resolution of any notices and extraordinary workflows
  • Support with scheduling and administrative onboarding
  • Manage and ensure collaboration and strong communication across the team
  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
  • Manage operational workflows with organizational partners

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
  • Part-time availability of at least 20 hrs per week
