Job Description:
Operations Officers act as an intermediary between analysts, designers, cartographers, and members of the analytic workforce. Daily responsibilities include interfacing with analysts, prioritizing customer needs, balancing designer workloads to set timelines and deliverable dates, and soliciting the views and requirements of all stakeholders through daily interaction via phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and design consultations. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to relay abstract concepts to various members across different teams. Possesses and applies skills to plan and manage multiple complex work assignments occurring simultaneously. Operates with appreciable latitude in presenting solutions to problems while aligning decisions to tradecraft standards. Manages time and personnel resources to ensure product deadlines are reached.
Requirements
Required:
- 4+ years of experience OR a Bachelors Degree (journeyman)
- 6+ years of experience AND a Bachelors Degree (mid-level)
- 10+ years of experience AND a Bachelors Degree (8+ years with a Masters) (senior)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph
- Role is 100% on client site (DIA HQ)
