Sigma Defense is seeking a talented former Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer with at least 20 years of Navy aviation experience, including technical management, to join the Distributed Training Architecture Support (DTAS) team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) as an Operations Planner (USW) Training Systems Specialist (Aviation)(link removed)

The ideal candidate possesses a DoD-issued Secret security clearance and 10+ years of aviation acoustic sensor system experience. We need the rare skill sets you have developed through your Naval Careers to assist the TTGP Staff in executing their mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST).

Be on the cutting edge of Live Virtual Training and make a difference to our Navys capability at the same time. Join this exceptional team of Technical Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Equipment Technicians and Equipment Operators in the configuration and operation of the Fleet Battle Lab and Modeling & Simulation Control Centers; Synthetic Training Event Planning, Integration and Execution; BMD Systems and Training Support; Tactical Data Management Support and Executive Agent Support.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a citizen of the United States.
  • 20+ years Navy aviation experience including technical management as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer supervising combat system configuration, operation, testing, maintenance, and repair.
  • Experience as an instructor/trainer for integrated USW operations/USW systems or completed pre-deployment USW training and certification.
  • 10+ years of experience as aviation acoustic sensor system air crewmen.
  • Experience directing aviation acoustics analysis training and qualification program.

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Candidate must possess an active, DoD-issued Secret security clearance.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually.
