Operations Production Manager needed at Triad Building Solutions (Cumming, GA) to manage gutter and metal roof installation crews. Create installation schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Process payroll on a daily and weekly basis. Order materials and manage inventory of all gutter and mental roofing materials. Maintain relationships with customers via customer service before, during and after job competition. Field measures all jobs prior to installation. Job costing all jobs prior to installation to ensure profitability. Maintain capital equipment and maintenance schedules. Generate revenue through sales. Requires 2 years management experience involving the following: managing up to 20 people (installation crews); installation of gutter and standing seam metal roofing; developing and maintaining material inventory system; maximizing profitability through systems and efficiency; using a forklift; using Microsoft Office and Excel; and working on a ladder up to 40’ off ground.
