We are looking for an Operations Supervisor who will play a pivotal role as the operations leader for our client-centric team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure service delivery that consistently exceeds client expectations. You will be directly responsible for achieving the operational delivery objectives set forth by our clients' scopes of work and service level agreements. As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a team of Account Coordinators and drive the customer service experience by closely monitoring and analyzing performance metrics. These efforts will be aligned with our key company objectives focused on delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer retention, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Overseeing the office-based team, managing account management, internal processes, and performance metrics, ensuring adherence to all company and functional policies and standard operating procedures.

Coaching your team on key company objectives outlined by management, including setting clear expectations, assigning tasks effectively, and tracking progress toward goals and objectives.

Analyzing key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with various internal teams to implement measurable solutions.

Providing support for and executing the calendar of events from preseason preparations through postseason shutdown for landscape and snow services.

Managing customer issues as they arise during day-to-day operations.

Supporting business development growth by assessing potential customer needs and presenting operational processes and value to potential customers.

Balancing vendor sourcing to unify and increase profitability.

Facilitating new account rollout and software integrations between customer portals/user interfaces and the KBS IT department.

Collaborating with other departments to identify procedural issues and trends.

Working with the Regional Operations Manager on performance management issues.

Performing other related duties as required and assigned.

Knowledge

Knowledge of the landscape and snow industry.

Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.

Strong mathematical skills.

Ability to analyze and disseminate data and create reports.

Experience Required

Some prior management and leadership experience is a plus.

Experience in the landscape and snow industry is also a plus.

Education

An Associate's Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience is required.

Work Environment

Office environment with generally mild to moderate conditions, including varying temperatures and noise levels conducive to a busy workplace and office equipment.

Lighting varies based on building requirements and may be adjusted within reason.

High time constraints and related pressures to complete work.

Meetings with customers may occur at their work areas, both indoors and outdoors, in varying temperatures and related building or landscape conditions.
