Key Accountabilities
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality Standards.
Ensure compliance to maintenance regulatory standards within the area.
Support & energise deployment of the MMS Asset Care strategy and practice at area level with craft and operators
Responsible for the execution of all asset care and procedures within the area.
Continuously follow leader standard work and ensure the asset care support team execute all scheduled plant preventative maintenance schedules
Lead the daily asset care review meeting. Take appropriate action to course correct non-conformance
Continuously drive for the next level of performance. Be bold on action planning and delivery
Responsible for the asset care budget within the area. Manage asset care costs to ensure most cost-effective solutions are executed
Develop team morale, recognise great performance and take timely action to address under performance where necessary
Own Asset Care strategy for the area - craft & operator
Responsible for, and expert in, breakdown analysis
Asset care control & assurance - ensure any outsourced activity is performed to required standard on the line
Set PPM tasks for Op and craft
Manage personal data in Workday e.g. P4G and personal details (specific responsibilities to be clarified)
Work with maintenance team leader, asset care support team and line crafts to identify areas of plant under performance
Role model the use of problem-solving tools within the area. Provide asset data trend to multi-disciplinary problem-solving teams to allow systemic and situational problems to be addressed.
As required lead improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.
Engage with the Daily Operational Review meetings to raise and discuss persistent performance issues.
Attend daily maintenance review meeting. Provide maintenance SAP reports to allow work to be analysed and prioritised as necessary
Attend weekly maintenance integrated planning meeting providing scheduled maintenance requirements and analysis of asset performance trends
Have appropriate behavioural safety conversations - comfortable challenging each other and visitors
Role model the "Must Do behaviours
Attend all Tier 1 meetings, contribute to the agenda and complete actions as required
Demonstrate self-awareness and own development plan
Commit to grow own capability and experience to the benefit of self, your team and Diageo.
Prepare and complete own P4G documentation. Be receptive to feedback and willing to learn from mistakes
Qualifications
Journeymen-level craftsman qualification in either manufacturing, electrical, mechanical or instrumentation
Essential
Experienced in data analysis, use of applications (excel, word, etc.) and business systems (SAP, Informance, Harford, etc.)
Experienced in a manufacturing /maintenance environment, good communication skills both written and verbal, root cause problems solving skills
Desirable
Working knowledge of SAP, Informance, Harford
