We are dedicated to providing sole source, customer centric fire protection services throughout all of Northeast.

Our continued growth and success have created the need for a Operations Trainer out of our Middletown, CT office supporting our fast-growing services business. The Operations Trainer will work as part of our Data Integrity Services team, which is responsible for ensuring our Service Delivery Platform utilized by our Operations teams is maintained to effectively service our customers.

As a Operations Trainer, you will be responsible for effectively deploying our training curriculum to both existing Operations personnel as well as to personnel added through new partnerships. The Trainings will be focused on how to effectively utilize our systems in accordance with our commercial operations playbook which ensures that we deliver an effective and unique experience to our customers. The trainings will be held remotely as well as in-person at our various service locations across the Northeast.

You will be utilizing your passion for our mission and ability to connect with people to:

  • Design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions based on business needs.
  • Lead instructional projects from conception, deployment, and assessment of learning impact.
  • Facilitate in-person, virtually, and with a co-facilitator.
  • Liaise w/ Data Integrity and Operations management to identify the development needs of our Operations teams and recommend additional training as needed.
  • Play a pivotal role in onboarding new partners onto the Service Delivery Platform
  • Drive processes standardization and adoption across organization to obtain efficiencies.

Requirements

The only limits to where someone in this position can rise are the ones they put on themselves. Requirements are simple:

  • 75% Travel within the Northeast.
  • Proven ability to understand key processes, assist in the creation of an effective curriculum to deploy these processes, and to effectively communicate these processes to a diverse audience.
  • Desire to help drive synergy, collective intelligence, and sustainable processes in a dynamically growing business.
  • Ability to drive understanding of new technology, software, and processes to new users.
  • Provide onsite hyper care post go-live integration support of our new partners.
  • Prior experience in a training role, a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is critical at Encore.
