Oracle APEX Developer Client: City of Santa Clara - Valley Water Working Hours: PST MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES i.Expert level in Oracle APEX 5 and APEX 22 or later including Oracle APEX upgrade. ii.Expert level in PL/SQL. iii.Expert level in RESTful Services. iv.Expert level in APEX Office Print. v.Advance knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), J-Query, and Java Script. Design and implementation of complex data models (logical and physical) in Oracle 11g. vi.Experience with Oracle Integrated Development Environments such as Oracle SQL. vii.Knowledge of Installation and Configuration of Oracle APEX. viii.Experience implementing single sign-on using an active directory. ix.Desired knowledge/ experience with GIS and source control technologies. x.Experience providing training to in-house development staff. xi.Experience providing documentation on database schema design and code. xii.Experience designing, debugging, developing, and testing packages, procedures, functions, views, triggers, and system integrations. xiii.Experience as a Developer and Oracle Modeler. xiv. Experience in Okta SSO and Okta LCM integration knowledge would be a plus. xv.Knowledge of Windows servers. Linux experience would be a plus.
