Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Core HR / Payroll)

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required.

At least 5 years of related experience is required.

Proven experience in multiple full cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, preferably in a multi-pillar and global environment.

Extensive knowledge and expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, particularly in Core HR or Payroll.

Previous experience managing people as a team lead or direct manager, with a successful track record in mentoring and guiding others in cloud knowledge.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technical and functional team members, project management, and clients.

Familiarity with Oracle best practices in solution design and implementation methods.

Ability to identify areas of customization that are out of scope or require additional effort, impacting the project overall.
