Prior hands-on experience in managing Talent Platforms Cornerstone OnDemand, Oracle HCM platform Global HR is essential. Develop inbound / Outbound, File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM Prior experience of reading Oracle whitepaper and creating functional & Technical summary for team Prior Experience of consuming Oracle delivered API and integrate with enterprise application, Experience with Agile(Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, Kanban Completed at least 1 Full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Project Prior experience of automating Oracle Cloud test Data management will added advantages Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be added advantages.
