Title: Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Administrator

Location: Dallas, Texas. Onsite.

Job Description:

• Position Title Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Administrator
• As a CC&B Administrator, you are expected have in-depth knowledge and project experience on the working of the CC&B core modules, technical configurations.
• Ability to craft the CC&B pre-requisites, installation plan, deployment process and procedures.
• Installation and configuration of the CC&B application packages on the Oracle 12
• Installation and support of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework and applying Hot fixes to support CC&B latest releases.
• Prepare the CC&B deployment packages, setup of the gold image, release process.
• Setup and Integration of the CC&B with Oracle SOA, Oracle BI publisher.
• Configuration of the CC&B application services, user groups, account setup as per the V model.
• Production and DR environment exercise support for CC&B services.
• Configuration and Monitoring of the different health parameters of CC&B, production support issues resolution as per SLA
