- Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

- Key Responsibilities : 1 In depth Oracle Database Administration experience 2 Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases in system 3 Practical experience in database monitoring 4 Proactively monitor the database systems to ensure services with minimum downtime 5 Good knowledge of Oracle Database Architecture 6 L3 Task hands on experience and troubleshooting 7 Provide SME support 8 Troubleshooting performance tuning issues 9 Good knowledge on implementing Database level security
- Technical Experience : 1 Candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in managing Oracle databases 2 Should have at least 1 years experience in managing either MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle/MS /Sybase technology or any other Database technology would be an advantage 3 Good knowledge of O/S 4 Cross skilled in at least one more RDBMS 5 Oracle 11g,12c 19c

- Additional Information : Flexible with rotation shifts 247 environment Travel to other locations when required
