Duration: Long-term Contract

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with a minimum of 15+ years or relevant experience.
• Overall 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM including 5 - 6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation project experience
• Expert in Functional knowledge of Core HR, Compensation and Recruitment module along with expertise on workflows, OTBI and personalizations
• Experience of Law firm specific implementation will be an advantage
• Good communication and customer facing skills
