• Solid Oracle ERP production support experience, hands-on as well as Program lead/manager
• 5 to 7 End to end Oracle ERP implementation experience, as SME as as Program Lead/Manager
• Solid SME skills Finance, HCM and SCM
• Solid client facing/stake holders and escalation/expectation management experience
• Solid experience in Month, Quarter and Year closure
• Solid experience in Technical aspects of Oracle ERP
• Solid experience in prioritizing/delivering support, enhancements and projects with same team
• Solid people management and interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills, collaborate with users and other stakeholders in project
• Defines Project quality and success criteria
