Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US) Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc. Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI. Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition. Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects. Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files. Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors. Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc. Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout Oracle Integration Cloud experience is a PLUS If interested to pursue with the role send updated CV to or Reach me at
