Core member of development team on a Task Order for a Business Intelligence System BPA for a federal Government agency. Applicant will be primarily tasked with architecture, design, and development efforts under this Task Order, but is also expected to provide Operational Maintenance and support across other Task Orders under the BPA umbrella. Work is to be performed at contractor site in Reston or Chantilly , VA with occasional travel to the client site in Washington, DC.

Develop the design of the database, universes, data models, schemas, and overall solution

Design, implement, and set up ETL activities to import data from external systems configured disparate data sources

Support the full lifecycle development activities for migrating and creating BI reports using OBIEE

Design and implement solutions to read

Generate documentation artifacts pertaining to development (e.g. Technical Design Documents, ER diagrams, Data Definition Documents, etc.)

Provide production support including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

Interface with relevant stakeholders to assist in lifecycle activities such as requirements gathering, research activities, and solution architecture and design

Participate in collaboration forums with multiple stakeholders including other team members, client representatives, and other contractors

Provide support to the development team

BS degree in IT or related discipline

5+ years with Restful/SOAP Web Services

5+ years with JSON/XML Experience

Experience with setting up and working with ETL's.

5+ years in Oracle RDBMS and tooling

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience with Oracle OBIEE

Experience with Java/java Scripts

Experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise/Professional Edition
