Enterprise Application Consultant - Oracle ADF Developer

Long term contract

***remote for now - once COVID-19 is over, position will be majority remote but they would need to be able to come in from time to time when needed. Probably 85% remote.***



 

Responsibilities

-Delivery of Oracle ADF custom applications using full lifecycle methodologies.

-Creation of ADF development best practices and coding standards.

-Act as a subject matter expert with Oracle ADF

-Troubleshoot defects and perform system analysis to provide a means for solving technical and business related problems/challenges or implement code-based performance improvements

-Work directly with IT personnel to discuss changes and challenges with integrations on internal applications

-Assist in end user acceptance testing, change management, issue management, problem escalation and resolution

- Assess a current Oracle ADF implementation including system infrastructure, code base

Requirements

-5  years experience in Java development

-3  years experience with Oracle ADF (with custom JavaScript) - PREFERRED. If the candidate does not have strong ADF exposure, Java J2EE development is required(link removed)>

-Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment

-Prefer, but not required, experience on Agile projects

-Looking for Oracle ADF Developer with strong Java application experience that will analyze Use Cases and develop and work with an ADF development team to deliver custom applications(link removed)>

-Seeking someone experienced or capable of supporting an ADMS (Application & Data Management Solutions) including Oracle 12c, Application Development Framework 12c (ADF), WebLogic, and Linux.

-Primary skillset will focus around Java development with a 3-5 years of project experience working within Oracle ADF framework, with JavaScript embedded within the ADF application. Environment consists of an Oracle stack working with Oracle Web Center and Web Logic.

-Experience with REST web services and JavaScript a plus.
